John B. Setterberg

John grew up in Dallas, Texas and is is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and University of Houston Law Center. For nearly 16 years, he was a prosecutor in Fannin County, Texas, representing the State in all manner of felonies, including murder, domestic violence, sexual assault, and crimes against children. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both criminal law and criminal appellate law, making him an expert in both fields in Texas and federal courts. He is licensed to practice in all Texas courts as well as the United States Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas.
